ON LINE PAYMENTS CANNOT BE TAKEN BY HVUS

Hidden Valley Utility Services mails quarterly bill in January, April, July, and September to our over 1000 Hidden Valley properties.

The water rate is $9.38/1000 gallons of useage with a flat rate of $19.00/quarter.

The sewage rate is $19.80/1000 gallons of useage with a flat rate of $34.00/quarter.

There is also charges for properties with sprinkler systems which are: $48.00/quarter for a 2" line, $67.00/quarter for a 4" line and $100.00/quarter for a 6" line.

Payments

ONLINE PAYMENTS CANNOT BE TAKEN BY HVUS

Billing services for Hidden Valley Utility Services are contracted to Laurel Management.  Laurel Management calculates, prints, and mails the bills to our customers. Laurel Management also collects payments from HVUS customers at 111 Roosevelt Blvd., Johnstown, PA 15906.

Cash or check payments are also accepted at the HVUS office, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Payments may also be dropped off at the Hidden Valley Homowner's Office.

Payment is due 30 days from the date of the bill. An interest fee of 1.5% will be charged monthly to balances over 30 days past due.

To view your account online go to https://hiddenvalley.authoritypay.com.  There is no fee paying with an electronic check (ACH) from your bank account.

HVUS is not responsible for payments that do not arrive on time.  Failure to receive a bill does not relive anyone of the charges or late fees.
