Swiftreach is the computer program MTRWA uses to notify our customers with important information such as:

     • water line breaks in your area

     • advance notice we will be working on the water lines in your area

     • need to conserve water during emergency situations

     • when to expect cloudy water due to maintenance

When you answer the telephone, please wait about 10 seconds while the computer recognizes the telephone connection. The message will play once and then repeat in case you did not hear the entire message the first time.
