Monthly Meeting

Monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm. Meeting location is generally the water station on M Road, but location may vary. Please contact us if you plan to attend.

Annual Meeting

An annual meeting of the members of the Arthurdale Water Company shall be held annually at the Arthurdale Heritage Center Meeting Hall, or as otherwise designated in the notice to be given of any such meeting, for the purpose of electing officers and for the transaction of any other business that may be brought before the meeting.

Special Meeting

The president may call a special meeting of the members to be held at a designated place when deemed necessary by the Board of Directors or by request from one-third of the membership. The call of such special meetings, as well as a notice of such a meeting shall state briefly the purpose or object of such a meeting, and no business shall be transacted except as is therein specified.

Notice of Meetings

Written notice of the Annual Meeting and of all special meetings stating the time and place thereof, shall be sent to each member by the secretary.

Quorum

At the meeting of the members, the number present in person shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

A majority vote of the quorum shall be necessary for the passing of motions.
