Centerville Borough Sanitary Authority was incorporated on September 15th, 1969 as a public corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, organized and existing under the Municipal Authorities Act of 1945.   On August 25, 1988, the authority entered into service agreements with the Borough of Beallsville, the Borough of Centerville and West Pike Run Township, all of Washington County, to construct facilities and furnish sewer collections, transportation and treatment.  

The authority serves customers in Centerville Borough (Richeyville and Centerville areas) and some customers in West Pike Run Township. 

Sewage service is billed as a flat rate of $46.00/month for residential customers.  Checks or money orders should be made out to CBSA.
